Dun Aluinn opened in October 2018, as a Design Led Exclusive Use venue. Situated on a private 5.5 acre estate overlooking the lovely Highland town of Aberfeldy. We are positioning Dun Aluinn at the high end of the market, with superb accommodation, fabulous food and outstanding service levels and perfect for intimate weddings in Dun Aluinn for up to 30 guests or in our Stretch Tent for up to 60 guests.

We are delighted to have just launched this Summer, The Lodge at Dun Aluinn. This property can be taken alongside booking Dun Aluinn and provides a further 4 luxury en suite bedrooms. For Weddings using the stretch tent the Lodge must also be taken to have exclusive use of the Estate. The Lodge sleeps 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Large open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area which opens out onto a superb decking area at the front of The Lodge with sweeping views across the valley and towards the River Tay

This restored Victorian home brings the landscape of the Tay Valley to life with its wood panelling and open fires. The original mosaic tiles and front door make a striking first impression. A design led exclusive use property with luxury interiors throughout - the orange corner sofa is a B&B Italia Tufty-Too design by Patricia Urquiola, while the tables are from Oasiq.

An outdoor terrace with Oasiq chairs next to a Kadai Fire Bowl. A 1940s drinks cabinet came all the way from Fins de Siècles in Barcelona. Continued to each stunning bedroom and a white stone bath in the master bedroom has dual views over the valley. This oak four-poster bed from Benchmark in England is covered with beautiful throws from Johnstons of Elgin in Northern Scotland.

The Owners of Dun Aluinn have invested in this wonderful Design Stretch Tent from South Africa and arrives this Summer for all future Weddings of 30 to 60 guests. The tent will be situated on a newly created flat section in the field next to Dun Aluinn, this field was ploughed in the Summer of 2020 and a natural Scottish wild seed meadow was planted. The location of the tent in the meadow was selected to maximise the stunning views, with easy access from the main terrace at Dun Aluinn, with newly installed wide steps.
